Refund Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This policy explains how refund and transaction-related requests are reviewed on Delight Vendor Logs. Each request is assessed based on the order status, transaction records, service-provider response and applicable requirements.
1. Failed or Incomplete Orders
If an order fails, remains incomplete or does not deliver the requested service, contact support so the order can be reviewed. We may check the platform's order records, transaction history and relevant provider response before determining the appropriate resolution.
2. Wallet Deductions
If your wallet was debited but the corresponding order appears to have failed, provide the order reference and approximate transaction time. After verification, an eligible correction or wallet credit may be made where appropriate.
A pending status alone does not establish that an order has failed. The transaction and provider records may need to be checked first.
3. Successful Orders
Completed orders are generally not eligible for refunds simply because the user changes their mind or no longer needs the service. However, requests involving a verified service failure, incorrect delivery, duplicate charge or rights provided by applicable law may be reviewed individually.
4. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation may not be possible after an order has been processed or delivered. If the platform offers a cancellation option, follow the instructions displayed. A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund; the final outcome depends on the order status and applicable circumstances.
5. Wallet Funding Issues
If you made a wallet-funding payment but your balance was not updated, contact support with the payment reference, amount and approximate time of payment. Provide proof of payment only through an appropriate support channel and hide unrelated sensitive details.
Do not share your banking password, card PIN, one-time password (OTP) or account password with anyone claiming to assist you.
6. Unused Wallet Balance
Requests to return unused wallet funds may be reviewed individually, taking into account transaction verification, payment-provider requirements, applicable rules and any relevant legal obligations. Contact support to ask about your particular circumstances.
7. How to Request a Review
To help us investigate, provide the following where available:
- Your account username or registered email address.
- The relevant order ID or transaction reference.
- The service or product involved.
- The amount and approximate date and time.
- A short explanation of the problem and any relevant evidence.
Never include your password, OTP, card PIN or other login secrets.
8. Review and Processing
Review times can vary depending on the availability of transaction records, provider responses and payment-provider requirements. We will assess the available evidence before determining an appropriate resolution. A fixed processing time or outcome cannot be guaranteed for every case.
9. Duplicate Payments
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction, contact support with the relevant references. Each payment will be checked to determine whether a duplicate charge occurred and whether a correction is appropriate.
10. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
11. Contact Support
To request a refund review or report a wallet issue, visit the Delight Vendor Logs homepage and select Contact Support. Include the relevant transaction information so your request can be identified and reviewed.
